    Clearly standards have slipped at Skilled Conveyancing and they have slipped by more than a mile. Judging by the previous review, I am not the only one! Having never used them before, I was swayed by previous reviews to appoint them to handle a recent property sale. They were not cost competitive in the first place. They were picked for their much vaunted "Customer service". The biggest bugbear was the lack of customer service whatsoever. Communication from staff was spotty and rude. The onus is on you to get in touch with them. They will only call you when things are due like the very next day. We are purchasing another property. Needless to say, this company will not get any of our business. They have enough business on their plate to handle anyway. GO somewhere else.
